Return Policy

Return Period:

You may request a return within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received. Items that were dropped, exposed to heat, or got wet are not eligible for return.

 

Authorization Required:

Please email info@kosherkonnect.org before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within several business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.

 

Gifts:

If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit once the return is received.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Include a note describing what you need.

Do NOT return the item to the manufacturer or we will not be able to process the refund/exchange.
